Returns / Exchanges
Our Online Store gladly accepts returns / exchanges within 15 days of delivery date minus 10% restocking fee / re-polishing fee. There is no restocking fee on exchanges. If you are unhappy with the selection of pearls or accessories we are more than happy to assist with an exchange for a different or newer product. Please email us at email@example.com.
Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in. Please include a note with your name or order number and if exchanging for a different piece or if you are requesting a return. Our staff is willing to help with and answer any concerns you may have.
Refunds will be issued only for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you at your expense.
All returned merchandise must be in its original condition with no signs of wear or damage. The items must be in their original packaging which includes pouches and boxes.
You may send the return using courier of your choice. For your security we suggest you use a traceable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for the delivery of the return packages.
Please note that all pearl necklaces are crafted by hand and one-of-a-kind, and may therefore vary slightly in size, shape, and color.
